That means you have tax due and are not getting a refund. You will need to pay your tax due by April 18, 2023.

Please look at your Form 1040----if you owe federal tax is it on line 37.

That is a tax due. You owe. Basically your withholding and any credits were not enough to cover the tax on your income. Review each line on your tax return and maybe compare it to last year. If you don't understand an amount post back.
