Hello,
Same problem here, except, I'm using the online TurboTax IRS Free File and the system is asking me to look at the entries during the Fed Review process. All the month that I didn't have it are 0.00 out, and the last 2 months of the year have the proper amounts.
UPDATE: Deleted all the ZEROS in the months I didn't have the plan. Left them blank. Worked.

It's asking to please delete "this zero" 0.00
I've gone back in and entered 0.00 and 0 both didn't work.
For any months where you were Not covered by the Marketplace Insurance leave all the columns blank (empty) for that month.
If you still continue to get errors then delete the Form 1095-A and re-enter manually.
