Why is it showing zero in the summary but over 3000 in the itemized deduction section?

shows over 3,000 under deductions and credits, it's the summary that shows zero. I should qualify - the mortgage left is way under the limit

$3000 is much less than the 2018 Federal Standard Deduction.

question may be cut off - this is specific to mortgage interest; it is not showing in the summary
