Why is deluxe version shutting down for no reason?

I've been a Turbotax user for years and haven;t hd problems of the nature!

Why is deluxe version shutting down for no reason?

when you say it is shutting down, can you be more specific?

did you download it and activate okay?

are you running windows 7, which is a no-no, beginning with TT2020.
