Why has turbo tax not process my stimulus check

TurboTax does not receive any type of tax refund, federal or state.  TurboTax does not and cannot receive a stimulus payment for any taxpayer.  TurboTax is not a bank or any other type of financial institution.  TurboTax is a tax preparation software company.

@DoninGA how is that true I know multiple people who have filed through TurboTax and have received their money? Others haven’t???

 Check the IRS website and update your bank information if necessary.

AGI is line 7 on your 2018 return and line 8B on your 2019 return.  Refund is line 21a of the 2019 tax return. and line 20a for 2018

They receive their tax refunds or stimulus payments from the IRS, not TurboTax.

I used TurboTax to file for stimulus check. It was supposed to be Mailed to me. Ok. I still do Not have it. And the I.R.S app says it was Deposited on April 15. So Where is my stimulus check TurboTax ??

@CatinaT1  I’ve already looked at that I didn’t come here for you to tell me public information that I have already taken note of! Why bother responding if your not going to give me any actual help your an expert and there’s no one else available to help!
