It has been a five weeks and the IRS cannot give me information on the filing. I keep trying to contact your representatives but I guess that is not possible with the free version. I am wondering if my income tax return was even filed at all.
On your website it says that I did submit the file, however IRS can't give me any information, your automated system can't either, and I have not received the income tax return in my bank statement.
Let me know what is going on please!

This is a user community forum, not a direct route to TurboTax Support, but we can help you figure out what is going on.
"On your website it says that I did submit the file"
Your word "submit" is not enough information to know what your efile status is, i.e., whether your efile was successful. When you log into your Online TurboTax account, what exact status is displayed at the Tax Home? i.e., which of these specific terms does it use: accepted, rejected, printed, started, ready to mail, or what?
If Turbo Tax says your efile was Accepted then the IRS got it. The IRS is way behind updating their website. Just be patient. Millions are still waiting. You are not alone.
It says "Accepted"

After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.
See this IRS website for federal tax refund FAQ's - https://www.irs.gov/refunds/tax-season-refund-frequently-asked-questions
If you're having trouble with the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool,
here are some tips when using that tool:
You can also try phoning the IRS refund hotline. I've seen it work for some users when the WMR tool didn't. 800-829-1954
