Why does TurboTax GA State S Corp software require a Form IT-FC Film Tax Credit Certificate to file my taxes electronically? Not a film company. Not an issue last year

Second year of filing Georgia S Corp taxes. I am in a loop as it continues to ask for Form IT-FC Certificate Number and Film Corp tax credit info. I tried zeroing everything since I'm not a film company but it takes me back to review without filing over and over.  I'm stuck in a loop and cannot e-file. I don't even need this form!

Unfortunately, I was never able to reach a human being. Even with a case number, the system would not verify me.  I found the answer to this question in another similar thread on GA Partnership filings.

Go to Forms in the upper right. Click on the Form IT-FC. At the bottom of the Form page, it gives you the option to Delete Form. That's what I did. Worked like a charm.

Why do software engineers always have to try to 'fix' something that isn't broken. I had ZERO issues last year and could not have been happier. This year, I can't even get a human being to talk to...

The worst thing about this is that it's still the solution 1 year later. Just finished my Sub S and, once again, it requires this form as if all companies that do business in GA are in the Film Industry...  Larry S.

Ran into the same problem in prior years and can't believe this has not been resolved yet (i.e., TT is still inserting a form IT-FC in a basic corporate return). Used the "delete form" recommended previously. 

Now, when I go to "Print state tax return for filing" - it says I can't. It says I must file electronically. Well, if I had film credits, that might be true (there are a couple of other situations that might require electronic filing with GA, but none are applicable here).

I will save to PDF, print, and mail the return.

Thanks for your help. It worked like a charm going to the IT-FC form and deleting it. I tried for an hour or so to get the forms submitted electronically. Once deleted all the forms were able to be submitted electronically.
