No one can see your tax return.
If you have taxes owed that usually means the state taxes withheld from your income was less then your total state tax liability.
No one else can see your state tax return. The usual reason for owing the state is that not enough state tax was withheld from your paychecks during the year. Double check all of the amounts you entered from W-2 boxes 16 and 17 to look for misplaced decimals or extra zeros. You could print out your 2023 state return and your 2024 state return, lay them side by side and compare line by line to see what is different this year.
