Why do I need to file a Schedule S and a Supplemental Schedule?

when i'm trying to file my state returns thats the message i get and the date that it says the file will be ready on keep getting pushed back

If the date has changed, it means they are still working on it. Please see this Help Article for information and access to the “tool” that shows the availability of forms.
