Why do I get an email saying my 4852 forms are ready but when I log in it says I'm waiting for forms to be finalized and I can sign and file. I'm confused

I got an email from turbo tax but when I log in it says I'm waiting for forms to be finalized then I can sign and file. Where do I find these forms that I'm waiting on!?

Form 4852 is only available if you are printing and mailing your return but not for e-file.

Please follow the instructions below to switch from e-file to mail.

Please review the forms availability table for you to view.

Same thing is happening to me where I get the Email,  then the form is still not ready and I can not access my taxes.  I looked at the instructional video;

but I do not get the option to change anything.  It tells me:  ""Get ready to save and file your returns

The IRS hasn't finalized one or more of your forms. Once forms are finalized, you will be able to access this section.""

Guessing because I already paid for my tax prep and now I can not back out?  But I'm still getting emails telling me that it's ready.
