Why didn't my 2022 desktop premier information transfer to my 2023 desktop premier return?

When you started a new 2023 tax return did you not see the list of 2022 tax returns that were available to transfer to the 2023 tax return?  If you did, was the return you completed and filed for tax year 2022 selected for transfer?
