The Form 1095-B is not required by the IRS to be entered.  Just keep the form and do not answer the 1095-A questions.... Completely different form.  You will be ok, because you did have health coverage for the entire year of 2016.   The 1095-B form is sent to the IRS and is noted that you had the healthcare coverage.  No need to bother with that part of the entry.  They already know......
