Are you saying go into tools and delete the forms and refill them out? I already registered so it wont let me completely delete the form and clear it.
I just tried to file today 02/16/2021 and it's giving me the same message of, "Our records indicate that you are not entitled to efile one or more formsets." I also paid and it won't allow me to restart the entire filing process. Hope they figure what is going on with this.
I shared my file with an agent. My token number is 745083. I would like to have this resolved so that I can file my taxes as soon as possible. Thank you.

I just tried doing this and it is exactly what happened! I thought when I didn't get charged for State it was free, as it has been sometimes in the past. Went in a deleted it, federal return went straight through!
After much frustration, I was able to identify that Form IT 2 Summary of W2 Statements is not supported for efiling to NYS. I went back and only selected the Federal forms for efiling, and left NYS for later. The Federal forms were submitted no problem. I sure hope that Intuit is able to fix this, as NYS will be inundated with paper forms, which will delay any refunds. I mean practically everyone has a W2.

Check your message for the name of the federal form(s) not yet available for e-file.
Once IRS releases their forms to the website and to the tax companies, then the tax companies have to get approval from IRS before they can be used.
You can check it regularly to see if it has been approved and if you are ready to update your software and finish up the return again for e-filing.

okay so I have the error as well. I paid the 40.00 it was a discount but doesn’t say if it’s for federal or state on my receipt but I was able to go back in and delete state like people are saying however it’s asking me to pay 40 again I just don’t know if that’s for state or federal it doesn’t specify. Please advise I’ve never had an issue before with turbo tax

b. Remove state and try again
If all your forms are ready and available to be e-filed and you receive this message, please follow the steps below

Token Number - 746764. Can you please look into why I wasn't able to submit my e-file? It said everything was correct with my federal and state taxes.
So what I noticed was that it didn't take out the $40 fee to process my state like it did for my husband. So I had to delete my State, start over and then pay out of pocket. It processed it then.
I already paid - it won't let me clear my return.
