It could be due to many reasons. If you can provide me with the company's name, I can check for you.

In TurboTax online,
Use the same instructions for 1099int or 1099b
Turbotax says "something went wrong" every time I try to import my tax froms Fidelity Investments. My tax forms supposedly has been ready since 2/15 according to Fidelity. Thanks
Sometimes the import does not work. It may be a problem with the broker or it may be the way your computer is interacting with TurboTax. You can try clearing the cache on your computer as that my help as follows:

You may have to restart your computer after you do this.
Also, you could try logging in using a different web browser.
You may not have any way of knowing that there are two "Fidelity Investments". There is one option that comes up when you want to import your forms, which for me did not work. The company you may need however, "Fidelity Investments Institutional Operations Co", does not have an import connection yet with Turbotax. They hope to have this corrected by next year.

This is a problem with multiple people. It would be nice if it was fixed
