The massage send says ..oops we have a problem and it will take a bit to fix and to try later after you the fix y’all’s problem that is causing you to now finish my taxes……. It dones not let me file it electronically to the IRS
There could be a number of reasons why the "oops" message appears.
If you are using TurboTax Online, check your Internet connection. Logging out of TurboTax and back in, changing browsers (Chrome generally works well), or clearing your cache and cookies often helps.
