Why can’t I file my taxes electronically?

No one can see your tax return.  What is the message you receive when you try to e-file the tax return?

I am not sure why you cant?

If you have a pc you can go on line to file for free.

A message popped up saying the IRS won’t allow me to file electronically and to mail them instead. Thanks for replying also!

If the IRS rejected your federal tax return you should have received an email from TurboTax to the email account you have on file.  The email will have the rejection code and rejection message.  Check your email.  If not in your account, check the spam and/or junk mail folders.

If you do have the email, what is rejection code and rejection message?
