Why can I not e-file my Federal return?

TurboTax is telling my I must mail my Federal return, but can e-file my state return. However, this has not arisen as a problem with other websites. Why is this happening? The explanation says: E-File is not available because your tax return includes forms that can't be e-filed. Revisit the Review section to see which forms. Make sure to mail your return by April 18, 2017

What is this in reference to???

Why can I not e-file my Federal return?

The forms and schedules included in your tax return have not been finalized for e-filing or for printing.  See this TurboTax support FAQ for IRS forms availability - https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1908854-irs-forms-availability-table-for-turbotax-individual-perso...

Your state return may not have all the forms and schedules included in the return available for filing.  See this TurboTax support FAQ for state forms availability - https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1908857-state-forms-availability-table-for-turbotax-individual-per...

Click on Review at the top of the program screen.  In the Review section is a screen that shows the forms and schedules included in your tax return that have not been finalized and the date they will be available.

Once the forms and schedules for your tax returns have been finalized you will need to return to your 2016 online account to complete and e-file the federal and state tax returns.  Click on File at the top of the program screen.  Follow through the File interview until you are in the section for e-filing a tax return by clicking on the Transmit Return button for a federal return and in the state section of the File interview click on the Transmit Return button for the state return.
