Why am i getting continued transmission of my efile did not go through due to server problem ?

Do you have a large number of imported stock or cryptocurrency transactions? If so, please see the below TurboTax help article for assistance.

How do I file my return when I see the Transmission Trouble screen?

If that is not the issue, please try logging completely out of the TurboTax website, then clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. If that doesn't work, try a different browser.

Nothing has worked .  I tried different browsers even in private mode and different computers . I keep getting the same issue . I paid for software that will not transmit my taxes to be electronically filed and it’s only message is a server problem has occurred . I even tried a different internet provider service as well . Since I paid for the software I don’t feel like I’m getting my moneys worth if I can not file electronically.

I do not have or use nor have I purchased any cryptocurrency at all . I am not involved in cryptocurrency. So that’s not an issue at all

The fee for the Turbo Tax software is to prepare the return, whether it is filed by e-file or mail.

I’m aware the fee is for the preparation of my taxes but if TurboTax software will not allow me to transmit my taxes filing by efile because of a server issue that is obviously a TurboTax issue not allowing because of a server issue then I don’t see the point of using TurboTax in the future. Other tax software companies do not have this issue and will do what you need it too . All I want is for the software to allow the transmission and not give me a server issue failed to transmit
