Why am i getting charged for state return

Unfortunately the Free State Return Promotion expired on March 16th. If you check the two websites below (one each for Online and CD/Download products), you'll see the word "State Additional" under each product selection except Online - Expert Full Service and CD/Download - Deluxe, Premier and Home & Business.
