Is there some reason you are not subject to paying tax in your state? Why do you think you should be getting it all back? How does your state get money from the people who live and work there?

Is there some reason why you should not pay any state taxes? This is not a rehtorical question, as there very well could be a valid reason. If so, what is your reason?
