I received a stimulus payment of $483 for the 1st one. Nothing for the second because of my income.

The stimulus payments begin phasing out at incomes above $75,000 until zero at $99,000. So you would be eligible for some credit. TurboTax calculates the amounts for you based on your 2020 tax return information.
