Why am I being told my filing my tax returns w/tubo tax 3/6/2020 charged $170.00, & have been through many endeavours, automated ph calls to explain this but can't

get any help & being told my tax returns weren't filed, the $170.00 were taken from my bank account w/o delay, received no receipt, and now cant find tax return status, get live-real person- help. I

You used the Live Premier version.  You added the Live expert help feature for higher cost.  See the Online fees here.  Click on the red Live tab on the right side.

Sounds like the IRS is taking too long to send your refund or reduced it. See What if the IRS reduces your refund or delays it.

Then when the IRS does send your refund they won't take the fees out again.

You should have received about 4 emails asking for the fees. If you don't pay they will debit your account. You had to agree to it.
