Why am I being charged $28 every month on my credit card for the free service, "Just Answer*Tax Help",?

How do I get ahold of Just Answer Tax help?

Never heard of that.  That must not be connected with Turbo Tax.  Maybe ask your credit card how to stop it.

you may be a victim of a scam.  sometimes a "free" product you requested asks for a credit card number. the 1st item is free, then every month thereafter they bill your credit card whether they send you the product or not.  the other possibility is you subscribed to some legit monthly service that charges $28/mo. maybe even something

like Quickbooks or Microsoft office.  contact your credit card company.

I am not being charged $28.00, I am being billed $50.00 every month. I do not remember signing up for that. I thought that when I needed help, from turbo tax, if was going to cost $50.00, but I did not expect getting charged very month after that for that phone call. I want this to stop and repayment for the months that was charged for this service. I have been charged for MAY, JUNE AND JULY at $50.00 per month for a total of $150.00. Thank you.
