I am not being charged $28.00, I am being billed $50.00 every month. I do not remember signing up for that. I thought that when I needed help, from turbo tax, if was going to cost $50.00, but I did not expect getting charged very month after that for that phone call. I want this to stop and repayment for the months that was charged for this service. I have been charged for MAY, JUNE AND JULY at $50.00 per month for a total of $150.00. Thank you.
