I see you are in the Self Employed LIVE version which has the highest cost.   Currently SE  Live is $150 plus state is $40.

If your return is not ready to be filed the option to pay with your refund will NOT be available ... did you see this screen ?   Check the REVIEW tab to see what you are waiting on and an estimate of when the forms will be ready.

Paying from your return   costs you$40.00 for a 2 month loan But if that is what you want to do go back through the file now section and look for the how to pay. Probably on the same page where it is asking for a card number.
