I get a W-2 and my wife gets a 1099-NEC, she works cor a company that pays that way. which Turbo tax is the best to use to file my taxes???
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
Since you need to report the W-2 for wages and also report the Form 1099-NEC as self-employment income you will need the TurboTax Self-Employed online edition - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/compare/online/
Or you can use any of the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/
Your spouse has self-employment income, so you need either online Self-Employed in order to prepare the Schedule C for her business expenses, or any version of the CD/download---which can support all of the forms and schedules. Your own W-2 income can be entered using those versions too.
