All the TurboTax desktop editions, CD or Download, support Schedule C and Schedule SE.

Go to this TurboTax website for the desktop CD/Download editions and scroll down beneath any of the editions and click on View Forms - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/
