Where to pay deferred CARES Act taxes (as an individual)? I looked (a lot) on irs.com but can't find how to designate at deferred CARES pmt. Help?

I've successfully made payments on irs.gov for estimated taxes, so I know how payments work, but I can't seem to find where to make _this_ payment. I received and email from TurboTax this week saying that half of my deferred tax is due by 12/31/2021. Thanks in advance for any guidance you can offer!
