I have an already purchased TurboTax 2023. However, the download link InstallTurboTax.com no longer has the 2023 Turbo Tax in there, is there another place to download? Thanks!

Just an update, I used a really old laptop which fortunately has a CD drive and installed Turbo Tax there. Since I logged into my Turbo Tax Account during the installation, now it did show a product there. However, there is no download link. My feeling is, at this point of time, since 2023 Turbo Tax is no longer at the download link it was supposed to be at, none of those purchased 2023 Turbo Tax would be able to download. The only way to make the package installable is you have a CD drive, and you do installation through a CD.
Since you can install the software with the CD, all you need is the license code for the 2023 software. Once the license code has been entered then the program will go online and download the latest release for the 2023 software and you should be good to go.
The 2023 Turbotax File mentions there is a anag .To go back and correct. But it will not let me go back to correct.. I have been in this situation for months. I but everyone i have spoken with are TraineesI and keep transferring me and never help.
The down load is on my computer. I was workin on my 2023 Turbotax for months but cannot do more to complete because it mentions the file is in a snag to go back to but it will not let me go back..Ihave bee doing Turbotax for 50 years and these last two years have been a problem. When I ask for help to continue, I always get a Trainnee who does not know what to do and transfers me to another Trainee with same problem.
How can I speak to someone by phone. I am 88 years of age and do not have much IT knowledge.
