I filed my taxes online with TurboTax around March 4 and received “Accepted” confirmation from Federal and District of Columbia both. I also received my DC’ refund (direct deposit). However, “where is my refund” on IRS website, knows nothing about the status of my refund and says make sure you have the correct information (which I do). I was expecting “where is my refund” to say “processing” or something that indicates they have received and accepted the tax filing.
I also searched this forum for a similar question and none of the conditions in respond to those questions applied to me
Where do I go from here?
Thanks

It's actually common sometimes for the WMR to not recognize you when your return is in processing. The IRS issues most refunds from e-filed returns in about 21 days, although some returns take more time to review. To find out where your refund is, first check your e-file status. If it's been accepted, you can begin to track your refund at the IRS Where's My Refund? site. You'll need your Social Security number or ITIN, filing status, and the exact amount of your refund to check your status. If it's been more than 21 days since your e-filed 2021 return was accepted, you can call the IRS directly to check on your refund status.
It has been more than 21 days since I filed my taxes online (with Turbo Tax) and received “Accepted” email on March 4, 2022. “where is my refund” on IRS Website still does not know anything about the status of my taxes. I called IRS [phone number removed]) and via automated system received the same information as “where is my refund” on IRS website. How can I talk with a person to know if they have my taxes? At this time I care more to know if they have my taxes vs. receiving my refund. I want to make sure there were no mistake or glitches on the system and they never received my filing. Thanks
You can verify if you e-filed here E-file status lookup. Here's the link to contact the Taxpayer Advocate for assistance with your situation.
