where is customer service??

Does anyone know how to unlink a bank acccount from Inuit? 

For example: "Link bank account to upload 1099 Form easy"

I attempted to link, nothing happened, had to manually upload information and now I would like to unlink this useless part that is connected to bank acccount

Can not find any information about this and customer service is non-existant.
