According the instructions for 5471 (page 30), the line 5.e (Schedule H) must be reported using a "divide-by convention" rounded to at least four. So it should be NOT same as the "IRS yearly average rate (.xxx)". Does anyone know the answer?
@JYTAIPEI IRS Form 5471, Information Return of U.S. Persons With Respect To Certain Foreign Corporations is not supported by TurboTax so you probably will not get any assistance with this form using this forum.
