A Form 1095-B is not entered on a tax return.
I know there’s nothing to input but don’t I have to say they had coverage for 12 months? Somewhere on my tax return? If so where?

No. The requirement to have health insurance and indicate that on a federal tax return was removed from the tax code after tax year 2018.
However, if you had health insurance through one of the state Marketplace Exchanges or from healthcare.gov then you would have received a Form 1095-A and that form must be reported on a tax return.
