The State is who sent me the letter stating they had lost it
But the state sent you the 1099G. You have to ask the state for another copy. Turbo Tax does not have or keep a copy. Sorry.
If you uploaded a PDF of the return into the MY DOCS folder then you can retrieve it from there however if you just imported the "pic" then you did not upload the form but only the info on the form so the program doesn't have it.

The IRS is not your state. The IRS is for Federal tax. The IRS wants a copy of the 1099G.
But the STATE are the ones whom have lost it

Whoever issued the unemployment form is who you have to talk to ... there is nothing the TT program can do for you in this situation.
Why does the state want to see your 1099G since they are the one who sent it to you? What you entered from it must not agree with the actual one they sent you. Was there state withholding on it? You need to talk to the state about it.
