Where do I enter unpaid use taxes for Tennessee? When doing my state tax return with Turbotax, I didn't get a question about use taxes nor do I see where to enter it.

I received a letter from an online vendor reporting that they didn't charge me TN sales tax for a purchase.  I live in Madison County.

Tennesee use tax is paid on the Department of Revenue website.
