If you referring to the homeowners insurance that you pay for fire, flood, etc. that is not deductible for your personal residence. You do not enter it anywhere.
Hazard insurance on your personal residence is not tax deductible, so you will not enter it on your return.
If this is a rental property, you would enter it in the expense section under insurance.
