Back in April of 2020 when you got that email you still could have e-filed a 2019 tax return and you would have needed the 2018 AGI. But e-filing for 2019 returns has been permanently closed since October of 2020.
Your 2019 return cannot be e-filed. The AGI no longer matters. The only way to file your 2019 return is to print it, sign it in ink, and mail it.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses. Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses
A 2019 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed so there is no need for a 2018 AGI.
The TurboTax online editions are Only for tax year 2020.
To complete and file a 2019 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the 2019 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

The email I received back in 04/2020 states "Everything is almost done, and your return is ready to be e‑filed, but you’re missing one little thing." (see attached photo). Are you saying there is now no longer the option to e-file? Because I did use TurboTax Online Deluxe back in 2020 to file my federal taxes and had the option to e-file back then.

@erikaoffice36 Not sure what you are trying to do. This is the public user forum. This is not where you need to post any sort of amounts to prepare or file your tax return.
