Where do I enter and IPPN number for my dependent?

My return keeps getting rejected. I cannot find where to enter my dependents IPPN number on the website.

To enter the IP PIN:

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Other Tax Situations
Scroll down to Other Return Info
On Identity Protection PIN, click the start button
