Where do I enter 2014 State tax on my 2017 Turbotax?

Where do I enter 2014 State tax in my 2017 TurboTax delux. I was informd by the State that I owed back taxes to 2014 which I paid in 2017

Enter it under
Federal on the left side
Deductions and Credits at the top
 Then scroll way down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
Other Income Taxes - Click the Start or Update button

Next page scroll way down to the last section, Other Income Taxes Paid

Oh are you using the Desktop program?  Then it's Federal at the top.

Your directions where very good. However there is no place for me to enter the 2014 State Tax paid in 2017

It's there.  Look a line or two down for Payments for 2015 or a prior year.  Depending if you have visited that section once you get a different screen.  So here's a couple screens to look for
