@donnahallee1 TurboTax does not have access to your past year return that you prepared somewhere else.  Your 2021 AGI is on line 11 of your 2021 Form 1040, or you can get a transcript of your return from the IRS.

Your AGI will be on the 1040 line 11.  You need to get a copy of your tax return from Jackson Hewitt if you don't have it.  Or get a copy from the IRS.

You need your 2022 AGI to efile 2023. The AGI is on 2022 1040 line 11. If you filed a Joint return you use the same AGI for each spouse.

If you didn't file 2022 or filed it later in the year or mailed it, then try entering 0 for the AGI. If that doesn't work you will have to print and mail your return.
