Why for the first time does turbotax print vouchers for quarterly tax payments. I haven't ever done this. what is the requirement.

Yes. I also owed last year and have never paid quarterly

Yes. I am changing my withholding from work pay tomorrow for the rest of the year so I shouldn’t need to pay estimates

When you owe a certain amount, generally over $1,000, but sometimes less, TurboTax will print the estimated tax payment vouchers for you so you do not have to pay a penalty the next year.  

If you are adjusting your withholdings you can just dispose of the vouchers.
