When would this be an issue since it never has been in the past? I tried to put o in the field and it wouldn’t take it.

No one can see your tax return or know where you are in the TurboTax program.

What issue and what field on what form are you referring to?

In general, you should not enter 0's in TurboTax if the field is blank or 0 you should leave it blank.

If you are entering a Form 1095-A and you have already entered zeros, delete the form and re-enter it.

The program recognizes zeros as a number to calculate and then can't.  It is best, unless told otherwise by TurboTax, to not put zero's in any of the boxes.
