When I try uploading pdf and jpeg copies of the w2 forms, it says "getting the info from your w2 forms" it says it failed (10+ times) using various quality scans. Just now I tried again and got a different message:

"Thanks for hanging in there with us We’re still having trouble, but let’s try it one more time." I tried one more time and received"We can’t upload your file right now...But we can help you type your info so you can keep going."

You'll be done quicker if you just type in the information at this point.  I just uploaded with no issue, so it may be the quality of your forms or some issue on your end.

Yeah, I gave up and copy and pasted. The scans were flawless, however--I do photos professionally, and I tried both pdf and jpegs of varying quality, low, average and high dpi. Their customer service agent said she received calls all day about it not working yesterday. Seemed more hit or miss this morning. But yeah, I gave up.
