When I try uploading pdf and jpeg copies of the w2 forms, it says "getting the info from your w2 forms" it says it failed (10+ times) using various quality scans. Just now I tried again and got a different message:
"Thanks for hanging in there with us We’re still having trouble, but let’s try it one more time." I tried one more time and received"We can’t upload your file right now...But we can help you type your info so you can keep going."
