Ok, finally got it via my OLD address, which BTY I "changed" to my temporary address on 9-25-19 .... Now that my new house will be ready 12-30 I'll need to "re-change" to that address - which I will do early next year.  I had thought changing 9-25 would have been sufficient time to get this years CD .... I see I was wrong.

The TurboTax online editions for tax year 2019 were available on 12/4/19 - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/

The TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions for tax year 2019 were available in mid-November 2019 - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/
