When using the online version of the program, one account, one return. Period. But you can create up to 5 accounts per e-mail address. To create another account, log out of the account you're using right now. Then under the password entry field click the "create account" link and go from there.

Keep a record of your accounts, passwords, and tax return filed with a specific account. You flat out can NOT import or export information from one account to another. So if you mess up next year by using the wrong account for a return, you'll have major issues with the IRS and will basically be "on your own", even if you do have audit defense, because the "mistake" will in fact, be *your* fault.
