If are using TurboTax Online and you already printed and mailed your tax return(s), then you may ignore the Return Status: Ready to mail message. If a user selects to file by mail, this is a default message that is displayed so it will not change.

Turbo Tax will always say that. It doesn’t know if or when you actually mailed it. And tne IRS doesn’t update Turbo Tax when they get your return. You can only check it at the IRS.
4 weeks after you print and mail it, you can start checking IRS Where’s my refund https://www.irs.gov/refunds/

When should I plan on receiving my refund from state of Michigan. It was e filed and I received the turbo tax debit card. Do I have to wait until after federal accepts my return Then plan on an estimated time? Thanks!

It was efiled? Probably not. How? You can only efile the state if the federal was first efiled and accepted. Did you file state directly on the state's website?

I have a feeling you must have efiled the federal return first. Don't know what happens when you efile and also mail the federal return. The IRS will be confused. Hopefully they send the mailed return back to you. Does that link above say both were accepted?
