You may need to clear your cache and cookies. Make sure your return is saved in your TurboTax account and then sign out. Clear the cache and delete the cookies on your computer, open a new browser, sign back into your account, and try entering your information again. You may also want to change browsers, for example, if you are using Chrome, try switching to Firefox.

In addition to clearing your cache and cookies, you want to make sure your operating systems are up-to-date as well.

However, if this does not resolve your issue, please note the exact message and where you are encountering that message in the program.  We will work with you toward a resolution to file your return accurately. Please click the link to contact TurboTax customer support.

if this issue comes up on mac desktop version (not online version), use the steps below to exit panic mode and turn your pre-frontal cortext back on-

For mac users using TT2022 desktop who are seeing a blank page for personal income (and possibly anywhere else) --

in the desktop application menu bar, click:

View

Go To Forms (apple-T or command-T)

Click Form 1040

Click the empty line/box for "Total amount from Form(s) W-2, box..."

manually enter your w-2 stub info (employer info, your info, wages, taxes, etc)

Welcome back to the paper edition of doing taxes! (lol) It took me a minute since my brain wasn't on, due to relying on intuit's "easystep" system. That's the workaround. No need to create a text file on the mac version.
