When I try to refile, Turbotax keeps asking me to refile my federal return as well as my state return. How do I refile any Illinois return only?

I filed both the federal and Illinois returns by e-file but the Illinois return was rejected. I corrected the error on the Illinois return but when I try to refile, Turbotax keeps asking me to refile my federal return as well as my state return. The federal return has already been accepted so I can't do that. How do I refile any Illinois return only?

Are you actually using the Desktop software?  (and not "Online' software as you stated when you sked his question)....if so, there is a software problem for that particular issue already being worked on....probably fixed by the end of this week.
