TT says I can't file because k1 isn't available until 2/14 (originally 2/7). Yet, the link from TT to IRS shows the form IS available for print/efile. Is this an error?

TT indicates can't file, yet due to K1 not being ready, but the IRS website (from the link TT provides) says it is available.

When I had a similar question about TT form availability vs IRS, someone told me that it is because TT hasn't finished doing all the programming and testing required to use the IRS final form.  and I"ve had 3 dates from TT so far...with latest for 2210 of 2/14.  That sounds possible to me although the week by week extensions are annoying.
